Care for Lips

Lips are very important part of body as it give first impression to the people we meet.  Your face looks charming when your lips are soft, healthy and pink. So, you must care for your lips. If you follow some simple remedies, you will surely get healthy and bright lips.

1. Drink Enough water daily to hydrate dry skin 

As you do not drink enough water,  problem of dry skin of lips arises.  So, you must drink minimum eight glasses of water a day and it will certainly benefit your body in many ways.

2.  Get rid of Pollution

Lip balms with shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa butter,  are easily available in the market. If you use lip balm,  it will protect you from heat and pollution.  Avoid use of expired products to care for lips.
3. Wash or rub your lips 

Lip Balm is very important for lips. In night, at the time of going to bed, use  some good quality lip balm. In the morning, when you wake up,  dead or dry skin may be removed by using a damp washcloth or a toothbrush.

Just rub the lemon juice on to your skin and watch your skin brighten up before your eyes. If your lips are cracked of dry, then you need not to use this remedy.

8.  Heat Protection

For heat protection in summer or sun exposure, always apply sunscreen with SPF on faceand also lip  balm with SPF. When you come to contact with sun exposure, UV rays effect our skin and body.
9. Remove makeup before bed to care for lips

When you go to sleep, always remove your makeup. Not only face makeup but also lips. Gently swipe with makeup removing wipe.

10. Good lipstick Selection

Sometimes lip colors are not good for lips. So to avoid any damage, coating of lips with a primer is beneficial. Also, do not use lipstick on dry lips.  To care for lips, use a  lip brush to prime lips with coconut oil or almond oil. Good quality lipstick must be used for lip care.
